If you are just getting a Super Cub and want some advice on which parts to stock up on here is what I recommend....

There is an extra prop included with the Super Cub so you may not need anymore. The prop used is very flexable and not really prone to breaking very easy.

  • Consider a couple of extra cowls (the part that is at the front "nose" of the plane). Cowls break very easy and it's a good idea to have a few extra on hand.

  • An extra tail set is nice to have on hand as well, and is also prone to breaking if you flip your plane over on landing.

  • Consider an extra main wing.

    If you stock up on these few items, you should be ready for hours of happy flying, with minimized wait time if you crash.

    You may need other parts if you crash of course, it's hard to predict what you will need, a few extra cowls, an extra wing, and a tail will keep you in the air for quite a while, barring any really bad crashes.
